Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Earth Anchoring Team Leader to lead and oversee the installation of earth anchoring systems on construction sites. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The role requires periodic travel to overnight sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the installation of earth anchoring systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Conduct site assessments and prepare for anchoring operations, including material checks and equipment readiness. Coordinate and oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators. Monitor adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical or logistical issues promptly. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and quality assurance checks. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct post-installation inspections and ensure proper documentation of completed work. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in construction, preferably in earth anchoring or ground stabilization projects In-depth knowledge of earth anchoring systems, techniques, and equipment. Strong understanding of geotechnical processes and principles. Team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with health and safety regulations, especially in construction and geotechnical environments. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans. Relevant certifications are highly desirable. White Card is essential. Excavator license, medium rigid license or Heavy Vehicle License would be advantageous but not essential. PC literate What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
