Position Overview: My Helping Angels is seeking a passionate and dedicated Childhood Educator to provide educational support for disabled children in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and activities that support the development and learning of disabled children. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating home-based learning environment. Observe and document children’s progress, development, and behavior. Collaborate with families to support their child’s learning and development. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Experience working with disabled children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development and special education needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management).
