Driver - Leading Hand 522135 | Permanent - Full Time | Hillsdale NSW Australia $41.32ph super potential over time 4am starts Full time, permanent role based in Hillsdale The Opportunity Based at our Hillsdale branch, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver with leadership experience for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region. As a Driver - Leading Hand , you will be responsible for: Leading and supporting a team of drivers Setting rosters and coordinating driver runs Operating waste collection vehicles such as rear and side lift Ensuring all prestart checks are carried out and drivers depart depot on schedule Assist with training new drivers and supporting ongoing team development Completing all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required About You Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimum Experience in the waste, transport or logistics industry Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of safety and compliance procedures Basic computer and mobile technology skills Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test About Us Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.
