Draftsperson – Production Drafting Location: Castle Hill Salary : $70k to $85k Plus Super Builder: Established Project Home Builder Join an award-winning residential builder that’s redefining the NSW home building market. We’re looking for a Draftsperson to join the Production Drafting Team, supporting the delivery of residential application and construction documentation across a diverse range of single and double-storey homes. Your work will help ensure homes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with industry and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed DA/CC & CDC drawing packages using Revit Accurately incorporate customer variations, site-specific requirements, and consultant documentation Produce construction details and procedures in collaboration with the team Interpret and integrate structural engineering, Basix and compliance reports Liaise with Sales, Estimating, and Construction teams to ensure plans meet expectations Ensure all documentation aligns with NCC, SEPP, and council requirements Assist with drafting templates, processes, and BIM libraries About You TAFE qualification in Architectural Drafting 2 - 5 years’ experience in a project home builder or volume drafting team Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential) Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of NSW residential codes, regulations, and council processes (advantageous) Team-focused and collaborative approach Why Join Collaborative team culture with genuine career development opportunities Exposure to innovative residential design projects Play a key role where your contribution directly impacts customer experience and build efficiency Interested?
