About Them This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on People & Culture Partner with an operational focus to join a large, successful national multi-site heavy manufacturing business. About the Role You will partner closely with your client group leaders to enable effective hands-on P&C service delivery in alignment with the business's robust and defined People Strategy. This hands-on role focuses on its implementation: Empowering leaders to fulfill their leadership responsibilities confidently Providing expert and timely advice on all ER matters Driving the implementation of P&C initiatives including Performance & Reward and Organisation Effectiveness Driving effective change initiatives down to front line operations Opportunity to support with EA negotiations About You You will bring a natural zest and collaborative approach to your work as a People & Culture professional. You are a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced and complex heavy manufacturing environment. You will be a generalist with a strong skillset and demonstrated experience in Employee Relations. Experience working in a unionised environment and familiarity with Industrial Relations, especially in industrialised settings such as manufacturing, shipping, mining, or logistics, are essential. This role requires the capability to coach leaders across the full employee lifecycle and connect effectively with onsite employees, acting as a true business partner.
