We offer a range of services under the NDIS, including in-home support, community access, and Supported Independent Living (SIL). We’re currently expanding and looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. What We Offer Immediate start Fixed roster, with permanent clients Paid kilometres allowance Flexible hours to suit your availability Shifts in the Moreton Bay region (between Caboolture and Everton Hills) Ongoing training and professional development opportunities A supportive and inclusive team culture Opportunities to work across a variety of settings, including in-home, community, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) A meaningful role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives every day About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide support to NDIS participants based on their individual support plans and personal goals. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration/assistance, and domestic duties Providing support such as Catheter Care, PEG Feeding, Bowel Care, and Hoisting to participants needing high-intensity support Transporting participants to appointments and community outings using your vehicle. Providing 24-hour support to participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings , including inactive sleepover shifts, and weekend coverage Supporting clients to engage in community activities, appointments, and social outings Promoting participants' independence and choice through capacity-building activities Implementing behaviour support strategies (where applicable and trained) Providing shift note reports and incident reports Rquirements Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), or equivalent (or willingness to enrol) Current First Aid and CPR certificates NDIS Worker Screening Check(Yellow Card) (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (if working with minors) Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Experience in disability, mental health, or behaviour management support is highly regarded Flexible availability of 5 days a week, or a minimum of 4 days , including the ability to work a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts Available for Sleepovers (Inactive nights) Willingness to travel up to 20–30 minutes to shift locations Open to ongoing training sessions
