Our team of Disability Support Workers (DSWs) plays a vital role in helping individuals live with dignity, achieve their goals, and participate meaningfully in their communities—whether in their own homes or supported accommodation. This model gives you the freedom to manage your schedule, choose the services you want to provide, and earn a higher hourly rate while still being supported by a professional, nurse-led organisation. For these, you’ll be reimbursed for both travel time and vehicle usage What You’ll Need to Join Us: A registered ABN (easy and free to register under your personal name) Proof of working rights in Australia (e.g., Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or relevant visa) Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – current and valid Current Police Check (issued within the last 3 years) Valid First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR (within 1 year) Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – ‘Quality, Safety and You’ Available here Interested?
