Join our team as an Assistant Farm Manager in the Mungindi district and take on a dynamic role that involves a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing irrigation, daily farm operations, and coordinating with on-farm contractors. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of irrigation and day-to-day farm operations. Collaborate closely with on-farm contractors to ensure smooth workflow management. Uphold farm health and safety procedures, assisting in staff training. Coordinate irrigation schedules for optimal efficiency. Oversee the timely management of machinery operations, maintenance schedules, and plant repairs. Assist with staff supervision and contribute to monthly reporting for the Farm Manager. About You: Minimum of 5 years of farming experience in irrigated cropping. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Greenstar Precision Ag technology. Reliable, conscientious, and highly motivated.
