This individual will oversee regional sales teams, drive new business growth, and execute strategies to expand market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for developing talent, managing performance, and partnering with executive leadership to meet ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and representatives across multiple markets. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive top-line growth and market share expansion. Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide team focus, decision-making, and accountability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Oversee onboarding, training, and continued development of the sales team to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align goals and deliver results. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to the CRO. Travel as needed (50–60%) to support team development and business initiatives across the Southeast. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role (Director, Regional Manager, or equivalent). Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and scaling teams. Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills. Proficient in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms. Willingness to travel regularly across the Southeast U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience in commercial landscaping is highly preferred. Experience in field service or route-based sales. Demonstrated success in building and executing sales training programs.
