What You’ll Do: Lead safe, evidence-informed clinical care across Tweddle’s programs Drive strategic initiatives aligned with our 2025–2030 Strategic Plan Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client-centred outcomes Represent Tweddle in sector leadership, advocacy, and research partnerships Act as Child Safety Officer and uphold our commitment to inclusion and wellbeing What You’ll Bring: Senior leadership experience in health, social services, or community settings AHPRA registration as RN and/or MCHN Postgraduate qualifications in health or human services management Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Passion for improving outcomes for families and young children Why Tweddle?
