Position Overview The position sits within the Business Support team and provides digital content and copywriting advice as well as project support to the NNTT. The Digital Content and Project Support Officer works independently, as well as works effectively with as part of a team, for the timely completion of tasks. This position would suit someone who is comfortable working within online and traditional media frameworks, enjoys working and communicating with a diverse range of people and has an exceptional writing and project skills and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have relevant technical and writing competencies to assist in the creation of a range of internal and external material including copy for NNTT internet and intranet. The key duties of the position include Key Duties and Responsibilities: Applying knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultural protocols and communication strategies specific to this audience, to develop and deliver high-quality copy material and other print and digital assets. Managing content from the design work produced by the Digital and Communications Officer's to ensure consistency of the content "voice "across online and external collateral of products. Optimise digital content for NNTT website, intranet and SharePoint. Assist the Project Coordinators in the delivery of projects, briefings, reports or related activities that contribute to the support of the Tribunal's core functions and responsibilities. Identify concerns and assist in the development of suitable solutions. Assist with the maintenance and ongoing development and improvement of the NNTT's various digital, information and communications platforms and supporting processes. Display a high standard of compliance with organisational practices and procedures, including records and information management practices, and ownership of work.
