We’re looking for a digitally savvy and detail-oriented Digital Associate to join Challenger’s Customer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced marketing professionals to deliver engaging and high-performing digital experiences for customers, advisers and investors. About the role: This position sits within the Brand and Digital team and plays a vital role in helping execute Challenger’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll support website updates, campaign rollouts, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives—contributing to projects that span brand, content, technology and user experience. As a key link between Marketing and IT, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple digital platforms, develop your technical and strategic capabilities, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll be doing: Managing day-to-day digital updates and requests, making sure tasks are delivered on time and meet business needs Creating and updating website content and landing pages to support product launches, media releases, campaigns and more Using Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance and share insights that help us improve Ensuring all digital content meets Challenger’s brand guidelines and accessibility standards Supporting our SEO and website optimisation efforts to enhance visibility and user experience Providing CMS support and training to internal teams using Sitecore and Drupal Working closely with Marketing, IT and external agencies to deliver website updates and digital enhancements Assisting with improvements across platforms like Sitecore, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics Keeping documentation and training resources up to date Looking for new ways to improve usability, design, and performance across our digital platforms About You: This role is ideal for an early-career digital marketing professional with a strong interest in digital experience, content, and data-driven marketing. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings initiative and curiosity, and is excited to develop your skills alongside a highly engaged and experienced team. You bring: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including through internships, part-time work, or a graduate role Exposure to content management systems (such as Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, etc.) A strong interest in digital best practices, accessibility, and user-centred design An understanding of website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities Why Challenger?
