We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Coordinator to join our team at Era Health About the Role: As our Dental Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in the smooth operation of the practice. You’ll manage scheduling, insurance verification, patient communications, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities: Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and manage patient billing Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records Handle phone calls and email inquiries Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Assist dentist and chair-side assistance to dentists if required. Continue driving practice growth through marketing strategies Patient retention through recalls. Answering patient enquiries. Qualifications: Prior experience in a dental essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, D4W, Exact etc) is a essential Knowledge of dental terminology a bonus and insurance procedures is required.
