Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the delivery lifecycle – from design review and procurement through to construction, completion, and handover. Manage contractor and consultant teams, ensuring clear deliverables, tight program control and high‑quality outcomes. Maintain strong cost, contract and risk management processes throughout delivery. Implement best‑practice safety, compliance and governance standards. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders while resolving challenges proactively. What We’re Looking For Proven track record delivering industrial or logistics projects (warehousing, distribution centres or similar). A solid design and construction foundation , ideally with significant time spent on the contractor side . Strong commercial and contract management skills.
