The key duties of the position include We are seeking experience and highly motivated leaders to join our Data Management branch. As a Data Management Officer, you will play a leading role in one of the following key functions: development and delivery of data and analytics governance policies (data, sharing, AI, automation, analytics), conformance and assurance frameworks development and delivery of operational guidelines, as well as expert support and advice to ATO and business partners, to ensure data is legally and ethically managed across the data lifecycle onboarding data, data quality and identify matching to make data available for enterprise data and analytics solutions, including the ATO's Prefill and Tax Time services managing data governance tools and data platforms through operational support and technical controls. You will also be responsible for leading staff, supporting local leadership and building a strong team culture, as well as managing performance and developing capability to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
