Customer Service Officer - Full Time Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a leading provider of LPG and related products and services across Australia and the South Pacific. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a well-established organisation known for safety, innovation, sustainability, and strong community values. You'll be the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers, providing timely, courteous and accurate service across a range of customer needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the main contact for customers via phone, email and face-to-face interactions Establish and manage customer accounts (domestic and commercial) Process customer enquiries, orders, payments, and invoices Provide advice on product usage, delivery, appliance installation and service options Handle debtors, price adjustments and banking tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding stock levels and scheduling Support other branch functions as required by management Adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures Participate in training and performance management activities Assist with administrative duties, including correspondence and filing Take overflow calls from other service centres when needed Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Able to work independently and within a team environment Experience in resolving customer concerns and managing conflict effectively A proactive, motivated and safety-conscious approach to work Ability to complete Drug and Alcohol Testing and Functional Assessments Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
