Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a dynamic, trade-based company that values initiative, ownership, and teamwork. About the Role: As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants and property managers. You’ll manage incoming work orders, contact renters to qualify issues, and coordinate bookings with our technicians. This isn’t your average call centre job — you’ll be diagnosing issues from the desk, coordinating field work with purpose, and making smart decisions that help us deliver faster, smarter, and more cost-effective service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Take inbound work orders and initiate outbound tenant contact Ask a series of structured diagnostic questions to qualify each job Identify if a trade visit is required and what the tech should be attending to (e.g. leak detection vs. quote) Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using our job management system Upload and manage job notes, photos, and updates in real time Liaise with property managers to provide next-step recommendations Follow up on job completions and ensure all documentation is clean and accurate You’ll Be Great in This Role If You Have: Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence speaking with tenants and property managers professionally Great time management and ability to multitask under pressure Experience with trade-based job scheduling software (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8, Aroflo — or similar) A proactive mindset and ability to think critically about job flow Bonus: experience in a plumbing, maintenance or real estate-related environment What You’ll Get: Full training in our systems and procedures A supportive team that wants you to succeed and grow Opportunities for career progression as the company expands Competitive salary and stability in a growing business Office vibes that are friendly, sharp and results-driven
