We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Hobart. This role will involve making appointments, providing information about specific service or repair needs & documenting vehicle concerns, estimating service / repair time and costs, invoicing, and general administration duties. Previous experience in a frontline customer service role is essential. The successful candidate will also have the following skills and attributes : Manual driver's licence Great organisational skills Respectful and honest A high level of personal presentation and professionalism Integrity and a great work ethic with a can-do attitude Bright and friendly personality Self-starter with plenty of drive and energy This role will be 38 hours per week overtime.
