About the Role I'm seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their first steps with the company's software platform. This role blends customer service, data onboarding, and problem-solving. You'll ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience from the moment they sign up. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding for new customers, including initial system set-up and data uploads (primarily via Excel). Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless transition into the platform. Provide first-line support for customer questions and issues during onboarding. Liaise with internal teams to escalate technical matters and provide client feedback for product improvements. Create and maintain customer support documentation to make onboarding simpler and faster. About You I'm looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong Excel skills, and thrives on building great customer experiences. 2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or support roles (transport, logistics, or fleet experience highly regarded). Solid Excel skills for managing, cleaning, and importing data. Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and empathetic. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
