Your new role: Bring your customer service skills to life in this phone-based role as a Customer Experience Consultant. You’ll take ownership of enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. With your relationship-building skills, you’ll ensure every customer experience is positive and exceeds expectations. Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Manage and prioritise a combination of both inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries Develop excellent rapport over the phone or face to face to foster strong customer and internal relationships Identify complex problems and resolve them or escalate where a resolution may not be achievable About you: You’re an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, confident in managing complex queries and delivering outstanding outcomes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you take ownership of issues, build relationships, and ensure every customer experience is positive and professional. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience in a customer service environment - call centre/retail/hospitality - we would love to talk to you! Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
