Job Description The primary role of the Customer Care Consultant is to pro-actively contact Lifebroker customers during key policy lifecycle events, to ensure that the customer’s policy remains in-force, feasible and aligned to their requirements. In This Role You Will Manage an ongoing client baseDrive positive client outcomes by investigating and resolving client concernsShare insight into the client experience so this can influence future activitiesAdhere to all Lifebroker policies and procedures while ensuring every interaction is compliant and adheres to all code of practicesKeep an accurate record which is detailed and reflects your conversations.Complete a needs-based analysis that is client centric so you can deliver an appropriate solutionContact clients that have requested to cancel to discuss and gain insights to their client experience.Liaise with our Insurance partners on behalf of the clientMaintain strong stakeholder management across the business and partnersProviding professional and positive customer experiences Qualifications Exceptional customer service to clients and ensure agreed service standards are metWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills, operating with high levels of integrityDemonstrated ability to work both in a team and autonomouslyPrevious experience in similar role within Financial Services/ Insurance IndustryExcellent analytical skills and methodologies, high attention to detailGood relationship management and negotiation skillsAbility to work with change and excellent problem-solving skillsAccurate data input and sound knowledge of MS Office suite Additional Information TAL is one of Australia’s leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
