About the Role: This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer eager to step into a leadership role while working on significant M&A transactions and commercial matters. You will play a pivotal role in complex corporate deals, guiding junior lawyers and collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic growth. Take the lead on high-value corporate and M&A transactions. Advise clients on commercial strategy, structuring, and regulatory compliance. Draft and negotiate key commercial and corporate agreements. Mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their professional development. Work closely with an approachable and commercially savvy Principal. About the Firm: Our client is a progressive boutique law firm with a national presence, known for delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal services. What We’re Looking For: 5 years PAE with a strong background in Corporate / M&A law. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts. Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance matters. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers.
