The position is for someone who have flexible days availability to work from 0600AM until 1430PM. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of various meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Complying with all infection control and safe food handling procedures Liaising with our residents, their families and the care team Timely completion of all required documentation and reporting Successful applicants will demonstrate: Cert III in Hospitality (Preferred) Previous experience gained in a similar environment An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes Prior training or experience in food safety Good communication skills Reliable and hard working Strong WH&S awareness Arabic speaking (Preferred) The right candidate will need to meet the requirements of a Criminal History Check as per the Aged Care Act 1997.
