Department for Health and Wellbeing – Corporate and Infrastructure – New Women’s and Children’s Hospital (New WCH) Project Salary: $85,790 to $ $95,413 – ASO5 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 31 December 2027 Overview: The position is responsible for providing effective, efficient and innovative contracting support to the New Women’s and Children’s Hospital Project. The role includes undertaking a range of procurement and contracting support services including: Coordinating the development and preparation of relevant tender documentation; Establishing and coordinating contract related processes and protocols; Coordination of document reviews including trade package reviews; Prepare briefs, agendas, minutes, contract management documentation, and reports to a range of stakeholders within the required deadlines; Monitoring and reviewing procurement and contract administration processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation of best practice; Participating in a range of contract management activities including pre and post tender meetings, monitoring of contracts, financial payment management, progress payments and reporting and the management of records and databases; and Providing specialist advice, direction and assistance on procurement and contract management practices to project members.
