We are recruiting for an intermediate-level Contract Administrator to work on a Social Housing project valued over $30m. The Role Recommending and engaging subcontractors to procure materials and services. Handling progress claims, variations, and contractual notices to effectively manage the project's progress. Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently. Implementing efficient document control and reporting procedures. Delivering precise project reports and monthly forecasts. Providing financial management and support to the Project Manager. 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator working on Commercial projects. Solid understanding of Construction Contracts & Procurement. Experience using Jobpac software or similar. Full Australian Working Rights.
