We are dedicated to support the evaluation of our audit clients' IT control environment. The team draws on a diverse and dedicated group of people, powerful KPMG methodologies, innovating capability and assets, and global resources to support our clients in achieving the right milestones. Your Opportunity As a Consultant in the IT Audit team, you will play a key role in: Delivering on external audits across a variety of industries. Providing on the job coaching, knowledge transfer and direction to junior team members. Supporting in-charges in the overall execution of engagements as well as the preparation of clear and concise data points for inclusion in reports to IT management and CIO’s. How are you extraordinary? You have a detailed understanding of risk and controls and are able to evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of IT controls on core business processes. You enjoy marrying your strong analytical skills with fantastic technical communication skills to write detailed and accurate reports. You are able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms. You are resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you will be supported to use your initiative to work through competing priorities. You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards accuracy and deadlines. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: Passion towards delivering quality IT Audits. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. Background in external/internal audit, assurance and/or risk (ideally with a professional services firm) with a minimum of 1 years' experience. US-SOX accreditation is desirable. A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Information Systems, Commerce or other), CA or CISA equivalent or ability to obtain a CA or CISA.
