They pride themselves on delivering quality homes efficiently, supported by a small but collaborative and friendly team. With a strong focus on operational excellence and streamlined processes, they offer their supervisors the ability to manage projects without unnecessary distractions. The Role: Reporting into senior management, this Site Supervisor role will see you managing 15 projects across two master planned estates in North West Sydney. Unlike many supervisory roles, this position has no client contact until handover, allowing you to focus purely on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include: · Efficient delivery of residential building projects across multiple sites · Leading site safety management including toolbox talks and compliance with HSEQ requirements · Supervising trades, contractors, and ensuring productivity on-site · Monitoring and updating Onsite Companion daily, ensuring all projects are up to date weekly · Managing budgets, forecasts, and progress claims in conjunction with internal teams · Overseeing quality assurance, defect rectification, and site establishment requirements About You: · Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on residential projects · Trade background advantageous, with Cert IV in Building & Construction essential · Proficiency with Onsite Companion is ESSENTIAL · Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently · Team-focused with a proactive approach to safety, quality, and timelines Why Join: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor who thrives in a structured but friendly environment, with the backing of an experienced management team.
