Workfront is a recruitment agency that employs people on a casual labour hire basis across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Labourer in the Wagga Wagga area for a company undertaking upgrade works at a local school. This position is to start ASAP, offers approximately 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is expected to run for several months for the right applicant. Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will work alongside qualified tradespeople and assist with a range of day-to-day construction duties, including but not limited to: Performing general labouring tasks such as site clean-up, digging, lifting, and moving materials Assisting tradespeople with various construction activities Operating hand and power tools safely Loading and unloading construction materials Maintaining a clean and safe worksite Following all workplace health and safety procedures Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: Previous experience in construction or a similar labouring role A valid Construction Induction White Card A current driver's licence Reliable transport to and from the job site Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks A strong work ethic and punctuality Appropriate PPE, including steel-cap boots, hi-vis shirt, and drill pants How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are available to start immediately, register your interest via the link and attach a current resume.
