The RoleAs a key member of Finance and Operations team, you will be the go-to person for operational support, compliance oversight, and reporting. You’ll help ensure our funds run smoothly, meet all regulatory requirements, and deliver accurate, timely information to stakeholders. Key responsibilities:Maintain registry records and process capital calls/redemptions with precision.Prepare and distribute investor reports, board packs, and compliance documentation.Keep accurate records in line with regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.Monitor and report compliance breaches or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.Provide financial analysis, valuations, and scenario modelling to inform investment decisions.Play an active role supporting the team liaising with regulators and licencing, and ongoing compliance framework development. About You3–4 years’ experience in funds management, investment operations, or compliance — private credit or property lending experience highly regarded.Strong knowledge of fund compliance requirements, including regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
