About the role We are seeking a dedicated Product Disclosure and Governance Manager to oversee the creation and management of clear, concise, and effective disclosure documents. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients understand how our products work, enabling them to make informed investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:Manage the development of disclosure documents for Perpetual Asset Management Australia, Perpetual Wealth Management, and Pendal.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure disclosures accurately reflect product details and benefits.Efficiently manage and update the document management system (Objective Keystone) and Product information management systems.Ensure excellent delivery focus and strong customer service orientation.Assist in the ongoing management of our Product Governance Framework requirements.Support the management of product governance obligations and controls with regards to relevant business, regulatory, and industry requirements.Coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.Regulated Disclosure Documents Include: Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), including any incorporated and other supporting documents.Supplementary PDS.Financial Services Guide (FSG).Investor Directed Portfolio Service (IDPS) Guide.Trustee Annual Reports.What We're Looking For:Previous financial services' regulated disclosure document experience.Previous product management and/or legal experience.Proficient in using Objective Keystone software.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Strong time management skills in a fast-moving business.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Ability to influence other members of the business to obtain desired outcomes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.How we workOur unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
