Cathara Consulting is an Australian-based Consulting firm specialising in Business Transformations and Technology Consulting. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to work with our government client based in Perth, WA to provide strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, bridging the gap between operational data and strategic decision-making. Our client is undertaking a strategic review of their valuation services system, to understand how their business unit can be further improved utilising this technology. This is an initial 6 month full time contract opportunity, with the potential for extension. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide analysis of current state performance Evaluate external market trends including completing market research, and benchmarking Translate findings into actionable recommendations Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience proving commercial analysis Familiarity with public sector service delivery, regulatory compliance, and governance Proven track record in identifying process efficiencies and workforce capability shifts following major technology implementations Comfort in working alongside IT, operations, and customer-facing teams to translate system functionality into business benefit Experience in structured reviews, strategic planning, and producing Board-level deliverables Desirable Skills and Experience Understanding valuation methodologies, property data systems, and market drivers
