Job description Overview This is a values-driven clinical role supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, many of whom have experienced forced displacement, trauma, or systemic barriers. As a Clinician, you'll provide evidence-based psychological assessments and therapy in a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework. You'll work alongside case managers and other professionals to deliver flexible, person-centred interventions and play a key role in improving mental health outcomes for vulnerable clients. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support & Therapeutic Intervention Conduct psychological assessments focused on cognitive, emotional, and behavioural health Deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions (face-to-face and via telehealth) Provide tailored clinical recommendations and treatment planning Monitor client outcomes and adjust approaches in line with recovery goals Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Work closely with GPs, health services, and case management teams to support coordinated care Provide clinical guidance to support staff in relation to behaviour management and client care strategies Reporting & Case Documentation Maintain accurate and timely case notes, care plans, and reports Ensure client information systems are updated in accordance with legislation and best practice Organisational Contribution Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and client empowerment Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients is prioritised in all areas of service delivery Uphold the organisation's values through daily interactions and decisions What We're Looking For Essential Criteria Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA Experience delivering clinical or forensic psychological services Demonstrated ability to work across outreach settings, including telehealth and rural or remote hubs Capacity to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality client care Strong cultural awareness and experience working with people from refugee and migrant backgrounds Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills Current driver's licence Interested?
