About the role Are you a passionate psychiatrist with leadership experience ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people experiencing early psychosis? Join our headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) program in Lutruwita Tasmania and lead a transformative mental health service that gives young people a chance to recover and thrive. This is your chance to shape the future of mental health care in Tasmania while working in a supportive and flexible environment that values your expertise and growth. As the Clinical Director , you’ll: Lead clinical services for the headspace Early Psychosis program, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for young people. Provide clinical leadership and professional governance to medical staff, helping them grow and thrive in their roles. Collaborate closely with managers to ensure seamless, coordinated mental health care for young people at risk or experiencing psychosis. Maintain strong relationships with Tasmanian Health to ensure efficient access to emergency care and inpatient services.
