We have a rewarding position at Doutta Galla Aged Services in Grantham Green for a Clinical Care Coordinator. This leadership position provides clinical support and staff management, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a role with an organisation you can be proud of. The role is full-time: Monday to Friday 0700-1506 and is responsible for the delivery of resident focused clinical care services including care planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care. What you bring: Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions. Dedication to resident care and support. Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care and care of people living with dementia, including managing challenging behaviours. Advanced clinical skills and experience in managing outbreaks and emergency situations. Proven ability to motivate and lead staff, promoting a positive work environment. Highly developed interpersonal and written skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionals. Strong planning, time management and organisational skills. Ability to complete reporting and conduct trend analysis and observations to inform best practice care. A good understanding of the Aged Care Act and its principles, Aged Care Standards, and AN-ACC funding and palliative care funding. What we offer: Generous not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.
