About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team at Advanced Hearing Solutions' in Toukley, NSW. This full-time role is an integral part of our client-facing operations, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. What You'll Be Doing Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Schedule and coordinate client appointments and bookings Assist with the processing of client orders and payments Maintain detailed client records and ensure data accuracy Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences Provide general administrative support as needed Helping Client with minor repairs to their Hearing Aids What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding client service Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task effectively Proficiency in using various office software, including Microsoft Office suite A friendly, professional, and positive attitude A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy What We Offer At Advanced Hearing Solutions', we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
