Your Role: This role will ensure that the claims handling processes within Chubb are compliant, efficient and aligned with internal policies and external regulations. It will support the goals of the Claims Regulatory and Governance team to uplift compliance, process improvements and effective risk management. Your Responsibilities: Quality assurance Trend analysis from quality review output Lead internal reviews Customer remediation support Training and development Training and guidance to claims staff to ensure compliance with best practice and regulatory requirements Supporting the handling of complex or sensitive claims Policy and process oversight Develop, implement and maintain claims governance policies and procedures Maintain the Claims intranet page Compliance monitoring Implementation of regulatory change into claims practices Conduct reviews and risk assessments Provide claims support during internal and external assurance reviews Support implementation of recommendations from assurance reviews Stakeholder management Liaise with claims management and other internal stakeholders to effect required procedural improvements and changes Support the development of new claims initiatives or system changes Reporting on trends, risks and performance metrics Recommend improvements based on data analysis and assurance findings Qualifications Claims handling experience Governance or compliance exposure in an insurance company (financial service experience will be considered) Proven ability to lead, influence and manage stakeholders Familiarity with regulatory obligations including GICOP and CPS 230 Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks Data and reporting tools including Power BI, and Microsoft suite Attention to detail Relevant certifications in business administration, insurance, risk management of a related field We offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
