Full-time, Inner-City Melbourne based position – WFH options National contractor delivering projects within resources, energy & infrastructure Infrastructure projects ranging $100M - $500M Our client is one of Australia’s leading construction company’s specialising within the resource industry. They are currently delivering projects across Australia in renewables and oil & gas. With a well-established estimating team run by a highly skilled Estimating Manager, we are searching for an experienced Civil Estimator with project experience ranging from $100M to $500M. Incorporating multiple disciplines across earthworks, drainage, concrete slabs / structures and roads for local Australian projects across civil infrastructure, rural mining and renewable projects. While working closely with the estimating team & management team, your role will include: Preparing accurate tenders on projects First principle estimating Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation Utilising estimating software - Expert Estimation To be successful you must have at least 5 years Estimating experience within civil construction, mining / heavy construction, and a proven track record of being able to deliver results. Relevant degree qualifications desirable - Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or similar. Expert Estimation software experience required. Monday – Friday, with the option to work from home 1 - 2 days a week. Option either to work in Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
