About the Role: As CTO, you will: Lead and manage all aspects of technology delivery, performance, and operational excellence across a major enterprise function. Lead a cross-functional technology team across engineering, delivery, and operations Drive strategic platform uplift initiatives, modernisation programs, and risk and compliance alignment. Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, product, digital, and enterprise services to enable business outcomes. Key Focus Areas: Deliver secure, adaptable, and high-performing technology platforms that support ongoing change and scale. Lead both change and run functions with a focus on efficiency, resilience, and service quality. Ensure strong alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations. Foster a high-performing, engaged workforce with clear leadership, structure, and development pathways. Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners align with long-term strategic technology goals. What You’ll Bring: Proven success in executive technology leadership roles within complex, highly regulated environments. Deep experience in platform ownership, digital enablement, and enterprise delivery models. Strong background in leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programs. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups, including at board level.
