Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all management levels. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred Qualifications 7 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, driving retail sales or managing retail and customer experience. Experience with agency relationship management and complex project implementation. Experience building retail strategies and overseeing their execution. Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to drive outcomes, engaging C-1 level executives. About the Role Google's product line continues to grow. The Partnerships Development team explores new opportunities with partners. Using your business acumen and product knowledge, you will interact directly with partners to help them grow with Google's latest offerings, shaping applications and content for products like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce. In this role, you will develop retail execution strategies, manage relationships with telecommunications and retail executives, oversee retail projects, and manage customer programs and product rollouts. You will lead third-party agency resources and budgets to meet product and business goals in the consumer electronics, retail, and telecommunication sectors. Responsibilities Build, coach, and manage the vendor Channel Sales and Activation (CSA) team to promote Google devices and services. Manage retail projects with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience across channels and regions. Implement and manage customer programs, experience rollouts, and new product launches. Develop and oversee an omnichannel strategy aligned with regional business goals and operational budgets.
