Change Manager (Midweight) - Hybrid Location: Hybrid - Sydney CBD (Wednesdays & Fridays WFH) Contract: 6 months initially Day Rate: Up to $800pd We're looking for a proactive Change Manager to join our team in a hybrid working environment. This is a midweight role offering a mix of change management, project coordination, and Salesforce data management responsibilities. What you'll be doing: 50% Change Management Analysis: Collecting and analysing data on change readiness and impact to support business transformation initiatives. 25% Project Coordination: Supporting projects with a technical aptitude, managing tasks, and handling support queries effectively. 25% Salesforce & Data Maintenance: Managing Salesforce account records and maintaining data integrity across internal systems. Who we're looking for: Someone with experience in Salesforce administration or CRM data management. A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive change. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
