The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, significantly impacting the day-to-day operations of the site. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group. Role responsibilities Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, adhering to AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and that vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools to monitor performance. Leadership and People Management: Manage staffing levels and processes on site. Build and maintain positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe site by managing the WHS system, policies, and procedures. Report and address safety incidents and near misses immediately.
