You will: Have a minimum 2 years previous Director experience Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved) Hold a current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training and Child Protection Training Be passionate about play based learning and exceeding NQS standards Excel in mentoring and guiding educators, identifying individual strengths, and fostering a positive culture Be skilled in managing budgets and achieving KPI targets Your Day to Day Leading your team with positivity and purpose - providing daily guidance, mentoring, and feedback to ensure every educator is supported and inspired. Driving curriculum excellence in partnership with our Curriculum Practice Manager, ensuring learning experiences are innovative, engaging, and exceed NQS expectations. Oversee compliance - from rosters and ratios to documentation and health & safety - ensuring the Centre meets all regulatory requirements. Building relationships with families through open communication, regular updates, and creating a welcoming, community focused environment. Collaborating with head office support - working closely with the Enrolments and Recruitments teams to maintain strong occupancy and attract top talent. Managing resources and budgets strategically to provide the best possible environments and materials for children's learning. Monitoring and analysing Centre performance - tracking KPIs, occupancy, and staff performance to continually improve outcomes. Representing Rise & Shine in the community by forming partnerships with local networks, schools, and business's. Championing wellbeing and morale by fostering a positive culture, recognising achievements, and organising team building opportunities.
