PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint an experienced Casual Commis Chef to coordinate & prepare an excellent service standard. The Role: Prepare, create and present à la carte menu items for the Airo Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining and Functions Produce options that cater for a range of food allergies and dietary requirements Ensure all operating supplies and food products are sufficiently stocked for the smooth operation of the kitchen Be able to work the evening shift until late. Maintain a hygienic and clean work environment Promote a fun, professional and dedicated work environment You must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
