You will be responsible for managing all clinical, non-clinical, and financial operations to ensure residents receive outstanding person-centered care. In this critical leadership role, you will: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to staff across all departments Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence Oversee business performance metrics and healthcare resource allocation Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration Empower your team through coaching, training, and professional development Ensure care plans and services meet the unique needs of every individual Champion resident-directed care and shared decision making Implement systems to deliver safe, high-quality, culturally-appropriate care Identify and lead new initiatives aligned with aged care reforms The ideal candidate will be a strategic, inclusive leader able to drive innovation while developing a cohesive, person-centered culture.
