Job summary: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $25 - $32 per hour Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, ensuring each cup meets our strict standards of excellence. - Showcase your skill and creativity through meticulous latte art elevating the visual appeal of each beverage. - Engage customers in meaningful conversations about our premium coffee offerings, sharing insights into origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques to enhance their coffee knowledge and appreciation. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to stringent hygiene and safety protocols. Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate seamlessly with the Head Roaster, fellow baristas and team members, supporting each other to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours and deliver exceptional customer service. - Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, providing attentive and personalized service to create a memorable experience for every customer. - Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong math skills and attention to detail. - Contribute to the overall ambiance of our coffee shop by assisting with tasks such as organizing displays and maintaining an inviting environment.
