Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr JCW is currently partnering with a Bank based in Charlotte who is looking to bring on a Business Risk and Controls Advisor supporting their Marketing and Product Management team. In this first line of defense role, you'll be instrumental in helping the bank manage enterprise and operational risk, collaborate across the organization, and support regulatory readiness. Job Responsibilities Lead the implementation of key risk programs (e.g., RCSA, operational loss, third-party risk) Perform risk assessments, monitor controls, and guide remediation of control gaps Support regulatory exams and audits, working directly with internal stakeholders and regulators Job Requirements 6 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk at a financial institution Must have 1LOD experience working with Consumer Banking products.
