What will you do? As a Senior Team Member you play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that create a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and value of each individual. The role of Senior Team Member includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Developing team members and fulfilling a guiding, mentoring and advisory role. Engage with key stakeholders and form project specific relationships, to ensure delivery of project outcomes in a successful and collaborative environment. Manage project procurement, contract management activities, and participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, relating to the capital works projects. Pursue, develop and nurture internal and external professional networks and collaborative working relationships to ensure the efficient and effective management of the AFP's capital works projects. Maintain accurate records and comply with the reporting and other regulatory requirements of Government. Provide sound advice to business on ways to improve of enhance their business practices Ensuring appropriate action is taken to anticipate, communicate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.
