In this role as a Business Improvement Manager , you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and implementing innovative processes that enhance productivity, improve customer experience and retention , whilst optimising work practices for our team . Acting as a critical link between all stakeholders, you’ll ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value. What You Will Be Doing: Lead national process review projects, forming stakeholder groups for each initiative and providing regular updates to the business. Working with the stakeholders to implement change and best practice Document “new best way” workflows/process changes in consultation with the stakeholders Provide support and ongoing reviews to ensure change is adopted and ROI's are being realised Champion future enhancements by being part of the brand’s technology team, and involved in future development of the systems Ongoing regular communication to the front end business regarding new tools, ongoing project progress and hints and tips to improve productivity. This may involve presenting or training at Team Leader meetings, conferences or planning days Procure new ideas that will improve productivity or enhance the customer experience You'll Be Perfect For This Role If You Can Showcase: Travel industry experience is required with exposure to group travel and events operations Support and knowledge of travel systems and the wider MS Office environment.
