We provide recruitment, training, and employment support to apprentices, employers, training providers, and government agencies. What You’ll Be Doing Build Networks – Develop new relationships with employers and providers to expand opportunities. Educate & Promote – Deliver presentations, attend events, and promote bricklaying as a career choice. Manage CRM & Reporting – Keep accurate records and track your progress. What We’re Looking For A positive, proactive attitude with strong sales and account management experience. Experience in Group Training, vocational education & Training and recruitment sector Strong organisational and communication skills. Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Melbourne Metro and Regional Victoria.
