About the Role: As our BDM – B2B, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—and nurture a portfolio of key accounts. Working closely with marketing and product teams, you’ll help position our Cleaning products to meet market needs and trends. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial cleaning. Build strong, long-term relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and cleaning contractors. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve B2B revenue targets. Manage key accounts and ensure excellent service and retention. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote cleaning solutions. What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in commercial cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, or industrial products. Strong network in facilities management, cleaning contractors, or procurement. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of WHS standards and cleaning compliance is a plus.
